As a professional chef with a strong focus on Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, I bring a diverse and well-rounded skill set to the table. My culinary journey began with formal training at a prestigious culinary school, where I refined my skills and gained hands-on experience by working in the school’s own restaurant. At the restaurant, I managed culinary students and interns, guiding their development and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various roles, from line cook to sous chef, executive chef, and private chef, specializing in high-quality, personalized meals. I had the opportunity to work as a private chef for three different families in New York City, providing bespoke dining experiences tailored to their unique preferences and dietary requirements. Most recently, I had the opportunity to work with Michelin-starred chef Ronny Embark in NYC.

Additionally, I was involved in catering services at the restaurant, where we catered to high-end clients with the finest quality food and attention to detail.

Currently, I am collaborating with a chef colleague in Los Angeles, continuing to provide exceptional culinary experiences for discerning clients. My expertise lies in creating dishes rooted in Turkish and Mediterranean flavors, blending traditional techniques with modern presentation to offer truly memorable meals.

I have experience working for five years in Turkey and nine years in New York City/Manhattan, honing my craft in diverse culinary environments and adapting to a wide range of client needs and expectations.I had the opportunity to work with one of Turkiye's famous chef, where we also provided catering services for high-quality families.

In addition to my work as a private chef, I also offer cooking classes, utilizing my background in teaching to connect with both children and adults and help them expand their culinary skills.
