I enjoy cooking & baking and using organic farm fresh ingredients. I can also accommodate the Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian and Vegan diets.
I am Japanese American, born and raised in New York. I got my Associates in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from SUNY Adirondack and my Bachelors in Business Administration in Culinary Arts from SUNY Cobleskill.
The summer of 2022, I worked at Hawthorne Valley Farm in Ghent, NY as a Farm to Table Summer Camp Cook. I used organic, farm fresh and local ingredients in the kitchen to prepare gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan meals for breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner and dessert.
The summer of 2023 and 2024, I worked as a private family chef in the Adirondacks. I prepared lunch, dinner, dessert and the morning baked good.
I am always open to learning new recipes and cuisines.
