Self motivated chef who travelled the world to re-inspire his roots of North Indian food that his mother cooked to create new multi-cultural dishes.
I am a professional chef who started as a young boy watching his mother cook in their kitchen. I was fascinated with all the different tastes and smells that she was able to combine into amazing dishes. I wanted to make it my life. I studied at Pune Culinary School and received a bachelors in culinary arts. After traveling on visa and working along the way, I settled in the beautiful town of Manchester, Vermont. I have become part of a good community here and love being able to make great food for people to enjoy. I have over seven years experience working in restaurants and resorts.
