I'm a fun and energetic chef, with a passion for food!

I am a professional chef with over 13 years of culinary experience. I graduated from ATC with a culinary degree in 2010. I've worked at various restaurants and venues in Atlanta and I'm currently building out my first food truck! I am currently sous chef at True Food Kitchen, a healthier food alternative restaurant. I specialize in southern, and regional cuisine, but I am very versed in my cooking abilities.

I've learned to cook in my grandmother's and grandfather's kitchen. I honed my skills at Atlanta Technical College culinary program.

My secret in the kitchen is not a big secert, I just treat my ingredients with care and respect!
