I’m obsessive about creating the highest quality experience possible. From ingredients to service, no detail is overlooked.

I have top flight restaurant experience from Gramercy Tavern to the Three Michelin-starred Jean Georges, where i was the executive chef for 7 years. I studied at the Culinary Institute of America then worked in New York City's finest kitchens. My passion for the traditional cuisine of cultures across the globe has brought him through Europe, Southeast Asia, Mexico, and the rural United States. I have been a private chef for UHNW clients for over a decade.
