Nigerian chef specializing in Afro fusion cuisine, creating bold West African flavors and memorable dining experiences for all clients and events.
I am a Nigerian chef and founder of
MEMARIE CUISINE, specializing in authentic Nigerian and Afro fusion cuisine. My passion for cooking began at a young age in my mother's kitchen, where I discovered the joy of creating meals that bring people together.
Over the years, I have refined my skills through hands on culinary experience,
catering large events, meal preps and creating memorable dining experiences for clients. I also had the opportunity to
participate in a culinary training led by Guinness World Record chef Hilda Baci, where I was selected as one of the competition winners among thousands of participants.
Through IMEMARIE CUISINE, my mission is to introduce people to the rich and vibrant flavors of West African/Nigerian cuisine while adding a modern and elegant touch to every dish.
I specialize in private dining experiences, intimate dinners, meal prep packages, corporate event catering or meetings, and personalized menus that allow guests to explore Nigerian cuisine in a unique and memorable way.
My signature dishes include party jollof rice, Nigerian fried rice, Meatpie, Chicken pie, goatmeat (Asun) rice, Egusi soup & Eforiro (vegetable stew) and flavorful Afro fusion dishes inspired by traditional Nigerian cooking.
