I am a passionate, hardworking chef who takes pride in creating flavorful meals that bring people together and reflect my dedication, experience.
With over 30 years of culinary experience, I’ve built my career around a deep passion for cooking and creating memorable meals. I started my journey at Bickford’s Family Restaurant, where I spent 10 years mastering fast-paced kitchen operations and classic comfort dishes. I went on to work 5 years at Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse and another 5 years at Olive Garden, sharpening my skills in grilling, sautéing, and high-volume food preparation.
For the past 20 years, I’ve also worked in catering, developing a reputation for flavorful, high-quality food and reliable service at private and public events. My experience includes serving as a chef at a nursing home and at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where I learned the importance of balancing great taste with nutrition and care.
Cooking is more than a job to me — it’s my passion and purpose. I take pride in every meal I prepare, bringing consistency, creativity, and professionalism to every kitchen I work in.
