I am a passionate and trendy culinary Veteran who believes in putting his best foot forward when creating tailored experiences.
I attended J & W University for culinary school in my earlier years, where I obtained two industry-related degrees that laid a strong foundation for my professional career. After completing my studies, I went on to work in, and eventually lead, some of the tri-state area’s most respected restaurants, gaining extensive experience in high-level kitchens and team leadership.
Throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to showcase my skills on a national stage, appearing on Food Network’s Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. Competing against some of the best chefs the industry has to offer pushed me creatively and professionally, further shaping my culinary style and commitment to excellence.
