Hi, I'm Vetri, a passionate chef with over 20 years of experience in cooking. My culinary journey began as a necessity, but over time, it became a true love for food and exploration. Throughout my career as a sustainability professional, I've had the extraordinary opportunity to travel to more than 65 countries across six continents, dining at world-renowned fine dining establishments—including several ranked in the top 20 globally—and immersing myself in local culinary traditions."

These experiences have shaped my cooking philosophy: blending global flavors, innovative techniques, and sustainability to create one-of-a-kind dining experiences. Over the last decade, I've honed my craft, diving deep into the art of molecular gastronomy and modernist cuisine. While I specialize in modern Indian cuisine with a twist, my culinary repertoire spans a variety of international cuisines, allowing me to cross-pollinate flavors and techniques from around the world."

As a chemical engineer, I bring scientific precision to my cooking, experimenting with textures, aromas, and presentations to elevate each dish into an experience.
