I am a professional cook who found my love of service in a flat deck pizza oven ( or 3 to be exact), in a high traffic summer destination at beautiful Indian Lake Ohio. Managing the show for almost ten years laid the foundation for me to start my own baking business after having my first child and finding out that gluten was wrecking both my mind and body. I have since fine tuned my own diet to exclude gluten, dairy, refined sugars, and all preservatives and artificial colors as well. My whole family and I abide by these dietary rules and it helps us all stay on track for success, and I would love to extend my knowledge and love of food to your family as well!
