I’m a personal chef with years of professional kitchen experience, including working under multiple James Beard Award–winning chefs and running my own catering company. I learned hospitality within the walls of Raleigh’s most coveted restaurants. Those experiences shaped a strong foundation in technique, leadership, and thoughtful execution at every scale.
My work centers on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and ingredient-driven menus. I’ve designed and executed multi-course set-menu dinners for private clients and events, with a focus on balance, pacing, and storytelling through food.
I also bring extensive experience cooking over wood fire, using live flame to add depth and character while honoring the integrity of the ingredients. Whether I’m creating an intimate dinner at home or producing a larger catered event, my approach remains the same: intentional cooking, strong organization, and food that feels grounded, generous, and connected to place.
