I’ve been a Chef at high end restaurants for the past 8 years. I’m also a certified Cheesemonger and introductory Sommelier. Random skill, welding.

I’m an industry professional having worked in FOH for more than 6 years, as a Cheesemonger for 4 and a Chef for more than 8. Some of my cuisine specialties are Appalachian, Middle Eastern, Creole, North African, but as a passionate food professional I’m perfectly capable and always happy to work with new ingredients and techniques.
