Specializing Japanese cuisine as Japanese using organic healthy ingredients as much as possible, focusing on seafood, vegetable. Also offer organic sweet. Catering owner (yoshiecatering.com). (Note: If requested menu is open or Japanese, I would like to offer the proposal)

I work for a bank with MBA from Yale (so I can serve for weekend mostly) and former Kitchensurfing chef serving mostly dinner party including celebrity clients.

Well traveled, so far visited 85 countries, with broad interest - biking, swimming, hiking, playing the classical piano, photography, etc. Down to earth, witty, friendly service
