Chef Cihan did a wonderful job of proposing an initial menu, working with me to accommodate our dietary restrictions (including a pescetarian, a mushroom allergy, a "no steak" requirement and 8 yr old daughter) and then delivered on an amazing meal! He was prompt, fully prepared, engaging (but not intrusive) and thoughtful. The courses were as described, delicious and well prepared! When everything was done, he did a wonderful job cleaning up.
