Chef Gaby put together an amazing experience. She gave me a lot of influence over the menu and was happy to provide suggestions/alterations where necessary. I worked with Alex to pick a menu that would be suitable for kicking off a bachelor party weekend for a bunch of young American men who were experiencing Mexico City for the first time. We had a few vegetarians in our party and Alex was quick to accommodate their dietary needs. He and his two assistants were punctual and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.
Absolutely loved this chef. He brought in fresh oysters from the bay and taught my sons and myself how to shuck them! really enriched our experience overall. Little things like this show us the value of having a private chef at our home, rather than going out to a restaurant.
