As the owner of the venue we were disappointed by the appearance of the chef, we were expecting to see a chef dressed appropriatly in his whites not 3/4 length denim shorts and a black t-shirt! Also we were a little concerned when they arrived and then had to dash off to the supermarket for supplies, surely this should have been organised prior to arrival The feed back from the lead guest was that there was not enough food and he was expecting more cooking to be done at the villa. Everything was brought in ready prepped and then the plates built on site.
I have no words, I loved everything. Not only was the quality of the food amazing, but all the service received was unbeatable.
Chef Olivier was outstanding in every way. His communication in planning the menu was clear, collaborative and friendly. Once on site he was friendly, warm, professional, helpful and worked non-stop. His cooking, technique and attention to detail was exceptional. Every dish == from appetizers through dessert — was the equivalent of a first class restaurant and beautifully presented. I could not recommend him more highly.
