We hired Troy Dye to prepare a 4 course dinner for my sister's 50th birthday. We couldn't have been happier. The food was amazing. Even the salad had a ton of flavor and the crab bisque impressed even this group of Marylanders (we tend to be snobbish about crab preparations). The beef tenderloin and vegetables were so very creative and delicious that even the picky kids loved it. The banana pudding was out of this world. They were prompt, professional, and left my kitchen cleaner than it was when they arrived. I highly recommend this company.

We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday while away on vacation, and thought having a professional chef in to cook for our family would be a great experience. We were not disappointed. There was clear communication between myself and the chef from the time I booked until the time he arrived. The menu sounded delicious, and the end product was even better. Chef David plated each course with great presentation, and explained what he had prepared as each course was served. An amazing experience that I would highly recommend!!

Chef Les was fantastic. He gave us a perfect evening and a unique and wonderful meal. We highly recommend him. He is very flexible in how he arranges plans for the meal and prompt with all communications. We cannot say enough positive things about Jared. Our food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was fabulous. We additionally had a traveller with Celiac disease and he was very attentive to making sure she was able to enjoy gluten free versions of everything. Chef Brent was outstanding and didn't miss a beat! He catered a dinner party for 10 of us in town for the Derby. We asked for a "Taste of Kentucky" and that is exactly what he gave us! Each and every food and drink item he created was magnificent...hands down one of the best meals we've ever eaten.
