I’m a Chef, writer, teacher, and an Outdoorsman that loves to make great food.

I have worked in restaurants my whole life. I have a passion for making fine food that looks and tastes amazing. I have a solid understanding of wine and spirits. I also understand allergies and diets.

I also am a writer for two local magazines one of which I write about food and fishing. The other I write about Florida history.
