I am a chef who believes in respecting ingredients; bringing out their natural beauty and flavor.
I am an award winning chef professional chef that has experience as an Executive Hotel Chef and Executive Pastry Chef for over fifteen years. My most recent position was Executive Pastry Chef for a resort with Belmond Corporation, formally known as the Orient Express Co. I was nominated for James Beard scholarship in London and Management awards from Loews Hotel in the United States. I am knowledgeable in all areas of the back of the house management and front of the house hospitality. My culinary skills have allowed me to cook for Fortune 500 companies and celebrities from all over the world.
My food style is western French infusion. My cuisine is always full of flavor even if the menu includes restrictive dietary requests. I have consulted, planned, and executed five star events from two to two thousand. Though pastry is my truest passion. savory is the road to dessert. I am available to travel in Beijing and beyond to meet your needs for onsite chef services. I moved to Beijing to be with my wife and pursue life in Asia as the culinary scene here is inspiring. I hope to share my culinary passion with you.
