Get to know me better

I live to make delicious food.

My first job was at my local pizza shop. I went to culinary school in upstate NY. I then worked in sushi restaurants for 3 years. I wanted to learn about how a Michelin starred kitchen operated so I went to work for the 3 starred Jordnaer in Denmark. I then went to Chicago to work at a 2 Michelin star restaurant named Oriole. After, I went on to work at the restaurant Warlord. I have since moved back to my hometown St. Louis working as a private chef.
