A well seasoned passionate Chef who specializes in exceeding expectations and has a great time doing it!
Classical French trained Chef with over 20 years experience specializing in healthy global cuisine. Besides graduating from The Culinary Institute of America, I was trained in a 5 star, 5 diamond Relais & Chateaux restaurant under Michelin Star Chef Ludo Lefebvre. My resume also includes a luxury hotel in Santa Barbara, Chef/Owner of my own restaurant, Head Pastry Chef, high end catering events, Executive Chef for Google Austin, and an exclusive Private Chef for affluent families in Beverly Hills, Laguna Beach and Central Texas.
I am most passionate about cooking for people on a personal level. I excel at learning a clients likes/dislikes and needs, creating menus that delight the palate and entertain the guests, and feature fresh, seasonal, beautiful produce.
I specialize in catering to those with dietary restrictions or specific diets (i.e. vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, keto, gluten free, dairy free, etc).
Nothing makes me happier than clients loving my food while having a wonderful time with their guests!
