I cook like a curious kitchen explorer—creative, flavor-forward & happily experimental, blending comfort with just enough bold twists to keep it fun.

I am a home chef turned competitive chef, caterer, and restauranteur. After winning the National Pie Championship, I qualified for World Food Championships in 2013. Fast forward to 12 years later and I've appeared in 10 World Food Championships, on Food Network, local FOX, CBS, and NBC affiliates, cooked & competed all around the US, been the guest chef at numerous Central Florida events and venues including Bok Tower Gardens, Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Jaguar Football Stadium in Jacksonville, Walmart, and even Sam's Club. My success has come from one simple concept--cook vibrant, exciting food using the freshest of ingredients.
