Get to know me better

I cook like a curious kitchen explorer—creative, flavor-forward & happily experimental, blending comfort with just enough bold twists to keep it fun.

I am a chef whose journey began as a home cook and evolved into a competitive chef, caterer, and restaurateur. My career took a defining turn after winning the National Pie Championship, which qualified me for the World Food Championships in 2013. Since then, I have gone on to compete in 10 World Food Championships, continually refining my craft and pushing my creativity on a national stage.

Over the years, I have appeared on Food Network as well as local FOX, CBS, and NBC affiliates, and have cooked and competed across the United States. I have also been invited as a guest chef at numerous high-profile events and venues throughout Central Florida, including Bok Tower Gardens, Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville, Walmart, and Sam’s Club.

My culinary philosophy is simple yet powerful: create vibrant, exciting food using the freshest ingredients available. This approach has guided my success and continues to shape every dish I prepare.

Whether catering an event, creating a unique dining experience, or competing at the highest level, my goal is always to deliver food that is bold, memorable, and crafted with passion.
