I am a professional Chef. Cooking has always been my passion. I have been cooking since my first restaurant job at 16 years old. Truly love what I do!

I enjoy the creative freedom of catering and private events. Prefer to tailor the menu to the client(s). Love a fun viral item they saw on TikTok or Pinterest and creatively navigating dietary guidelines.

I have been executing large scale catering events for 15 years. Mohegan Sun & Wine fest and Mohegan Tequila Tasting both with 2500 guests being highlights.

I co own Sweet Madeline’s apple cider donuts as well. If you’ve been to The Big E and had the best apple cider donuts of your life on the side of the CT building, that’s me! Donuts also available for booking.
