Been in hospitality for 25 years. I live to cook, whether for customers or just for friends. I am skilled in all aspects of cooking including butchery, seafood, desserts, bread and love to experiment with different cuisines. I was trained in classical French but I use this as a foundation and love to be creative with seasonal ingredients and fresh produce.
