Chef Bobby. is a nationally recognized culinary leader and hospitality consultant known for elevating dining programs through refined technique, bold creativity, and operational excellence. A graduate of Rouxbe Culinary School in France, he has served as a culinary consultant for Hilton and Marriott International, as well as a Relais & Châteaux traveling chef. His honors include 3 Chaine des Rôtisseurs Awards for Culinary Excellence, 12 Best Chef America nominations, Best New Chef from the American Culinary Federation, James Beard House attendance, and two Michelin Key Awards.

Throughout his career, Chef Barber has been recognized for both culinary artistry and leadership. His honors include 3 Chaine des Rotisseurs Awards for Culinary Excellence, being a 12-time Best Chef America nominee, recognition as Best New Chef by the American Culinary Federation, and attendance at the prestigious James Beard House.
