My passion is to create a community of forward thinking, food and drink loving people.

I am a professional Chef with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in modern American and vegetable centric menus. I have a passion for using local ingredients and a farm to table style presentation.

Being a private or personal chef requires a lot of listening and understanding to make sure everything I produce is absolutely what my clients want and then some. I bring a new outlook to the private chef world that will be a refreshing change of pace. I hope to be cooking for you soon.
