Passionate chef focused on plant-based cuisine, using local ingredients with a holistic approach to create nourishing and flavorful offerings.
I launched my culinary career on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, working in kitchens from a young age and learning from world-class chefs. From shucking oysters to designing elaborate ice sculptures, I immersed myself in the craft, eventually owning and managing several successful restaurants. In 2017, I made the conscious decision to shift to 100% plant-based cuisine, and I have been honing my craft ever since.
My focus is on crafting dishes with organic ingredients sourced from local farms, emphasizing food made with intention and care. I am also the co-owner of Nova Terra Kitchen + Creamery, where my wife and I create delicious plant-based cheeses, offer plant based workshops and vegan cheese + wine tasting flights. Whether you're seeking innovative plant-based dishes or a memorable culinary experience, I'm passionate about delivering vibrant, nourishing cuisine tailored to your needs.
