I am a professional chef. I've been cooking for 5+ years. Attained education through New England Culinary Instiute and Johnson and Wales University where I got my bachelor's in Culinary. I then went on to work in kitchens surrounding my hometown in the dmv area working for a living, for fun. Testing out different waters trying to discover where I fit myself in this industry.
