I am a private chef with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, culinary arts, and curated travel throughout the Pacific Northwest, Baja Mexico, and Mallorca. My cuisine is deeply rooted in place, shaped by coastal landscapes, seasonal rhythms, and the natural abundance of each region I work in.

My cooking style can best be described as elevated comfort with a soulful touch. I focus on refined flavors and thoughtful presentation while ensuring each dish feels warm, nourishing, and inviting rather than overly complicated. The goal is always balance — food that feels special and beautifully composed, yet genuine and satisfying.

I design menus around local, sustainable ingredients and what is freshest at the moment: wild salmon, Dungeness crab, chanterelles, orchard fruits, vibrant herbs, and whatever is speaking to me at the market that week. Seasonality guides every decision, allowing the ingredients to shine naturally.

Each experience I create reflects a sense of place, intention, and hospitality — bringing together the spirit of the wilderness and the elegance of the table in a way that feels both grounded and memorable.
