I’m a private chef with over 20 years of experience in hospitality, cooking, and curated travel across the Pacific Northwest, Baja Mexico, and Mallorca. My food is deeply rooted in place — coastal, seasonal, herb-forward, and inspired by both the wilderness and the table.
Clients often describe my cooking as elevated comfort with a soulful twist: refined flavors, beautiful plating, and dishes that feel warm, nourishing, and special without being fussy.
I design menus grounded in local, sustainable ingredients — wild salmon, Dungeness crab, chanterelles, orchard fruit, fresh herbs, and whatever’s speaking at the market that week.
