Living to serve great experiences, one day at a time.

I was classically trained, receiving my Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Wilkes Community College. I did and internship at Roaring Gap Club which turned into 6 more seasons of full-time employment. I was head chef of the Lake Grill and the Golf Grill. I worked at multiple clubs in Florida. The most notable position I held in Florida was Lead Line Cook for the PM a la carte team at Jupiter Island Club under Master Chef of France Michel Personnaz. I have been a General Manager of restaurants for 8 years of my life as well. It is easy to say, food and service are true passion of mine.
