After culinary school in Charleston, South Carolina, I traveled and worked at a high end resort in Maui, Hawaii. I spent several years cooking and learning, then decided to move to front of the house management where I spent about 20 years in a plethora of restaurants I have spent the past 10-12 years as a personal chef and love every minute of it.
