After culinary school in Charleston, South Carolina, I traveled and worked at a high end resort in Maui, Hawaii. I spent several years cooking and learning, then decided to move to front of the house management where I spent about 20 years in a plethora of restaurants I have spent the past 10-12 years as a personal chef and love every minute of it.

Seasons Personal Chef with Chef Darrell and team was amazing! They were prompt, very friendly, and most important, made our group of 10 some amazing meals during our stay just outside of Charleston. Some of the best food our group has had while on vacation. Highly recommend.

Chef Darrel was excellent. He made our Christmas Eve so special! One to remember forever. Food was incredible. I would book again tomorrow!

Chef Darrell was an amazing chef! Not only was he able to accommodate a last minute service request, but he also provided various options to choose from ahead of time. He was very polite and personable, which was a plus, considering we had 2 toddlers running amok throughout our session. The food was delicious and he we felt very comfortable, despite the private setting. I would definitely recommend, especially for families/ intimate settings!

We are a group of 6 friends who had the most wonderful experience with Chef Darrell and his partner. The presentation and mouth watering description of each course elevated the dining event. We will, most certainly be return dinner guests when we are in the Charleston area. Thank you, Chef Darrell!

Chef Darrell was amazing from start to finish! Easy to work with, flexible with the menu and, best of all, the meal was amazing!

Chef Darrell Miles was nothing short of amazing! First of all, my request for a private chef was last-minute (only 2 days lead time), but Darrell was eager to take on the opportunity. Secondly, once I explained why this was such a special occasion (parent's 48th anniversary after facing some life challenges), he threw in a few extras. Thirdly, he was extremely engaging and talkative; this made the experience that much more enjoyable. And lastly, the food was delicious. I will book him again in the future! Thank you for such a great experience which is something our family values in life!

Amazing experience. They arrived on time to meal prep with a great amount of “extras” if needed! They engaged our guests and explained the menu as it was being presented. Tasted wonderful and led to an incredible night! Highly recommend!

Chef Darrell and his team was professional, upbeat, and accommodating. The food tasted amazing and my group was extremely happy. The portion sizes were great too and we had leftovers for the next morning. I would love to book him again if I’m ever back in the area!
