I’m a professionally trained chef in classic French cuisine with 30 years of experience. I trained at culinary school (L’Academy) and went on to work in several high-end establishments in Washington, D.C. Later I founded and ran my own restaurant and catering company, leading operations, menu development, and large private events.

I’ve also provided cuisine consulting for major brands and taught culinary arts at Job Corps — a role that was incredibly rewarding and deepened my commitment to mentoring young people. Giving back to the community and sharing what I’ve learned with the next generation of cooks is one of the most important parts of my career.
