For over two decades, Chef Christian has lived and breathed the culinary life, cooking with some of Seattle’s most celebrated, James Beard–recognized teams. After years perfecting his technique, he decided to chase his lifelong dream: bringing fresh, handmade pasta to everyday diners. Now based in Boise, he pours that passion into Capiche, his food truck dedicated to soulful Italian-inspired dishes made from scratch.
