I am a professional chef of thirteen years. I take a more rustic approach to food. Familiar food to most people, don’t right, and presented well, using classic French technique. With southern roots in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas that influence most dishes. Cajun/Creole with Texas BBQ smoked aspects. I am not limited to any particular cuisine.
