I started in the in the industry at an early age, 16 in a small pizza shop. From there I attended culinary school and recieved an internship for the renown Chef Mark Tarbell. Continuing my fine dining experience in a Mariott exclusive Hotel until I started my own food cart and made my dreams happen in my home town of Fountain Hills AZ. To avoid summers i moved to MN and was an executive Chef at a Hotspot on the lake. Currently in MN for the summers with my food truck looking into extra events while im here. Lakes Area Food Truck.
