Get to know me better

I am a very passionate and creative minded chef with a progressive global approach to cuisine with my cooking style I call "New World Fusion"".

I have a very unique resume spanning both the public and private sector, beginning in restaurants at just 13 years old and delving into the world of private event catering at just 16 years old. I was promoted into my first Executive Chef role of a high volume upscale Italian restaurant when I was just 23 years old and I have now helped open or overhaul more than 20 restaurants spanning 5 states across the country. I now reside in beautiful Playas de Tijuana and offer my chef services to both Southern California and the Baja area of Mexico.

I learned to home with my parents, both of them being very talented cooks, my mother was great with comfort food and my father used worldly flavors.

A cooking secret...

My secret in the kitchen is "balancing everything" before allowing it to leave the kitchen. Achieving the right salt and acid levels is so important!
