Born and raise in the Caribbean, i fell in love with food simply by eating some of the freshest ingredients grown on the island, coco plums, mangoes, sea grapes, cashews, coconut, aloe vera, all these things were in abundance. i love to butcher game or seafood, i love what i do, and i love to eat great food.
