I’m Chef Deanna Corso, a professional chef with over 20 years of culinary experience, including 18 years as a lead chef at the iconic Boca Raton Resort and Club. Currently I’m co-owner of Simply Foods Event Catering out of Palm Beach, Florida. I specialize in creating unforgettable private dining experiences from Palm Beach to Miami—from intimate dinners and family gatherings to high-end events and multi-course tasting menus.

I bring luxury food experiences to homes and private venues across South Florida. My culinary style blends Modern American, Mediterranean, Caribbean, Spanish, Mexican, Italian, Asian cuisines and more.
