I grew up cooking with my grandmother and later on in my career started working in professional kitchens. Going from state to state every two years I learned how to cook different cuisines.
After working as the Executive Sous Chef for the Indianapolis Colts, I decided to start my own catering business.
I have worked with all types of clients from celebrities to political parties. No event is to big or too small.
