I grew up with a passion for cooking, which led me to pursue formal training at LA Trade Tech’s Culinary School, ranked #1 in California during my time there. I am also accredited by the American Culinary Federation Educational Foundation, a recognition of my commitment to the craft. Beyond professional training, I have built a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for myself and my family by combining my culinary skills with homegrown vegetables to nourish us. Outside of cooking, I enjoy working with my hands on various projects and keeping up with sports.
