About Dylan Gracie – The Entertaining Chef

Born in South Africa and raised in Australia, my journey into hospitality began at a young age and has since taken me across the globe. With over 20 years of international experience in the industry, I’ve dedicated my life to creating unforgettable experiences that bring people together through food, music, and community. From fine dine kitchens and luxury events to intimate family gatherings, my career has been driven by a deep love for connecting with people and crafting moments that nourish both body and soul.

As The Entertaining Chef, I combine my passion for food, music, and people into a unique service that’s so much more than a meal. I offer private chef services, group cooking classes, family-style dinner parties, and immersive music and entertainment experiences, perfect for special celebrations, private events, or team-building gatherings. Every dish I create is rooted in creativity, quality, and connection, designed to inspire conversation and joy around the table.

Beyond the kitchen, I’m deeply passionate about educating others on nutrition and the powerful link between gut health and the brain. I believe that food has the ability to heal, energize, and transform how we feel, and I love sharing that knowledge in a way that’s approachable, exciting, and deeply rewarding for my clients.

Above all, I take great pride in what I do. Every event, every plate, and every experience is crafted with care, intention, and genuine passion. My mission is simple: to make people happy, bring them together, and leave them with memories that last long after the final bite and the last song.

My life. I feel in love with food and entertaining at the age of 12 helping my mum host dinner events and Ive never lost my passion for the industry.
