I am a Certified Chef through the Master Chef Program with nine years of experience in the industry. I studied Culinary Arts at South Technical Highschool where I was third in my class and earned third in the state of Missouri for baking. I went on to become a Kitchen Manager at Crushed Red where I was praised for cleanliness and wonderful presentation by the owner. Quite a few of the photos of menu items shown on the website were made by me! I now work as an Event Planner at a prestigious law firm where I manage large events and work with top clients. I work closely with attorneys and their clients to curate menus and specialty cocktails for their events.
I would love to join your event for a demonstration or hands on teaching experience. I have 5 years of experience working with children of all ages and have managed and trained dozens of restaurant staff.
My favorite things to make are hand tossed pizzas, chopped salads, and lavish grazing boards.
