A jack of all trades when it comes to cooking

I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. My specialty is Italian as I was taught by my grandma in our restaurant’s in Chicago that they have owned for over 70 years. I can however cook many different types of cuisine. Interacting with guests and watching them enjoy the food I create is my favorite part of the job.
