I’m a passionate chef with roots in Guatemalan cuisine and a love for bold, street food flavors. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, I left the corporate world to follow my calling in the kitchen. I now run a successful food truck business where I blend cultural heritage with creativity, serving everything from tacos to fusion breakfast dishes.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, love connecting with people through food, and bring both heart and hustle to every plate I serve.
