Chef Galen was absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly personable, wonderful chef and a pleasure to have in our home.. My wife and I had never tried a service like this before where someone was coming into our house to cook for us (it was our 6 year wedding anniversary), so we just assumed we'd let him do his thing in the kitchen and maybe we would just relax and talk in the dining room - we ended spending the entire night chatting with him at the bar in the kitchen and he served us there. He was a delight to have over (has an amazing personal story) and the food was incredible, I would book his services again in a heartbeat and we are trying to think of a family function down the line where we could have him over again.

Chef Galen was incredible! He cooked a special dinner for my parents as a gift and was nothing short of exceptional. He was very friendly, very responsive in planning, provided a wonderful and unforgettable experience for my parents and they raved about it. I cannot thank Chef Galen enough!!
