I studied Career Culinary Arts at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York from 2023 to 2024. It was an incredible experience where I learned traditional cooking techniques and professional kitchen skills. Although I have been cooking for my family since I was 12, this program gave me my first formal and professional culinary training.

Before graduating, I completed an internship at a French Michelin-starred restaurant called Le Jardinier, in Manhattan. This was a unique and enriching experience, where I learned a great deal about mise en place, fine dining standards, teamwork, and how a professional kitchen truly operates.

After graduating, I decided to further deepen my knowledge and experience. In 2025, I traveled to Italy and studied for three months at the Italian Culinary Institute. I fell in love with traditional Italian cuisine, the quality of the ingredients, flavor combinations I had never experienced before, and the high standards that Italian cuisine demands. The program included weekly restaurant simulations, featuring menus of at least four courses and up to eleven courses, depending on the occasion.

Since then, I have continued practicing at home, applying everything I learned in both programs and constantly working to improve my skills.
