Passion is an understatement.

Skilled, artistic, beautiful to watch are traits often used to describe culinary art featuring Chef G. His food is not only beautiful to the eyes- it’s a treat to your body and soul. He has more than a quarter century of experience and hails from the company of “tall hats”, where he was trained and disciplined to be an uncompromising Chef in Escoffiers Brigade. He lacks nothing in training, unless you are looking for a certificate from pomp and circumstance university. Instead, you can take the word of hundreds of clients and students who have witnessed the genius within Chef G. He is not, himself, currently a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), yet he developed a 12 week certified program and taught novice chefs what they needed to know to graduate into the ACF and onto their new careers in the food industry. He has a passion for learning, teaching, and cooking. And he’s beyond great at all of it. The thing that makes him most memorable is his wit, and his commitment to be himself. He is an athlete and a nerd, a scholar and friend. His dynamic personality fills a room, and fills his food with life and culture. There is nothing comparable to an event with Chef G.

Fine dining kitchens in Los Angeles in the 1990's. Predominately with the Wolfgang Puck food corporation and strictly through Escoffier's brigade.
