I'm a Long Island-based chef with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. After graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education, I had the opportunity to work in some incredible kitchens, including local Long Island restaurants and Disney World’s Yacht and Beach Resort. These experiences have shaped my approach to cooking, blending high-quality, fresh ingredients with techniques from both local and global cuisines. Whether I'm catering an event or crafting a custom menu, I strive to deliver culinary excellence in every dish I create.
