I am a passionate private chef with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, artisanal bakeries, and innovative plant-based kitchens.
Within the past 7 years, I have honed my expertise in high-end kitchen environments. I have lead a new restaurant team to Michelin and James Beard nominations, and have worked in multiple Michelin-starred kitchens and artisanal bakeries. These roles have taught me fantastic interpersonal skills - how to
problem solve, communicate and work well under pressure. These kitchens have also taught me discipline to thrive in the self- motivated environment that is required for a private chef. The main motivation for my culinary journey is and has always been a deep passion for cooking and feeding people with the best and freshest ingredients possible.
