I’m a chef with 8 years of experience, specializing in grill and fine dining cuisine. I studied Culinary Arts at Universidad de las Américas (Quito) and hold a diploma in Healing Cuisine with Plants from Universidad de Loja. I’ve worked at restaurants such as Council Oak Steakhouse, Kuro Japanese, Motek Mediterranean, and Rosalia’s Kitchen, and have participated in major events at the Miami Dolphins stadium, including the F1 Grand Prix and the Miami Open. My cooking style blends respect for ingredients, traditional techniques, and creative flair to deliver flavors filled with soul and hospitality.
